The Project

As the production manager, I oversaw every stage of the project from technical design to final assembly. I worked closely with in-house teams, including CNC operators, carpenters, model makers, and CAD designers, ensuring each component was crafted to the highest standard. I also managed rapid prototyping phases to refine the design and ensure accuracy and quality at every step.

The project culminated in Saudi Arabia, where I spent two weeks on-site overseeing the installation. By collaborating with local teams, troubleshooting challenges, and streamlining processes, I ensured the installation was executed efficiently and to a high standard.
