My Role Production Manager & Technical Designer

The Project

The pelvis was crafted from resin and finished to achieve an aged silver aesthetic. I contributed to the technical design, collaborating closely with in-house technicians at Baltic to ensure the structure seamlessly integrated with the moving mechanism. Additionally, I production managed the project, overseeing processes such as spraying, fiberglass work, 7-axis Robot cutting, packing, and coordinating logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery and installation.
