Monster Chetwynd 'Lanternfly Ballet'
The Lanternfly Ballet and immersive installation, performers at Pacific Place.
The installation features three large lanternfly sculptures inspired by Chetwynd’s collages, exploring transformation, unpredictability, and adaptation. Select dates include live performances that echo the fleeting nature of lanternflies, merging art and life.

My Role Designer & Technical Designer
The Project
I produced renders to visualise the sets and ensure alignment within the space in keeping with the artistic direction.
I also produced production drawings that were used for building the sets, providing clear instructions for the fabrication team in China.
Throughout the project, I worked closely with the client and venue to to refine the designs and ensure that every detail—from the layout to the furniture and finishes—was in line with the vision and practical requirements of the art piece.
